We offer a hassle-free 10-day refund policy for stock orders, effective from the date we receive your return shipment in its original condition with tags attached.
We request that all returned garments are unused, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags intact. Please note that tags may be removed for trying on or gifting the item, but any removal or tampering will void our refund and exchange policy.
To expedite the processing of refunds and exchanges, please return items to the warehouse address listed in your electronic dispatch note. If you’ve misplaced the note, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email for the correct returns address
Returns Labels
If an exchange is needed, we can provide a returns label for customers in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, starting at £3.99 for tracked and insured returns, depending on the garment’s weight and value. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping, but we recommend using an insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
To request a returns label, please email us with your order number, name, and address, or reply to your dispatch note with your tracking information. We will then send you a returns label along with instructions. Please note that this service is available only in the UK and excludes the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. If there are any changes to the returns service, we will inform you at the time of your request.
